Get Down With Your Fab Self Spring Cleanse

Feeling a little sluggish from too many nights of Netflix and snacks? Did the cold weather put a serious damper in your exercise routine? Wishing you could nap for the next 3 years? Same. It’s normal to pack on a few extra pounds, eat heavier meals, and slow down in the cold weather. But spring is around the corner and it’s time to shake off the doldrums of winter, reset your digestion, and kick-start healthy habits so you can get down with your fab self.

The seasonal transition into spring is the perfect time for a reset. In this spring cleanse we’ll lighten-up our diet, and reset our daily habits. Your body will thank you with boosted immunity to ward off those pesky spring allergies and colds. Plus, reset your system for better digestion, more energy, glowing skin, and solid sleep so you can have more spring in your step (pun intended).

We believe the best cleanses don’t require pills or shakes. Following Ayurvedic tradition, we’ll start very easily by focusing on a fresh, whole-foods diet then move into a mono-diet to give your digestion a break and allow your body to work its’ detoxification magic.

Don’t worry, we’ll be your tour guides through a 10-day journey with daily meal-plans, healthy living hacks, small-but-sustainable habit changes, and seasonal eating guidelines and recipes that you can keep practicing long after the cleanse.
